Michael Nerby is the Principal at Coolshannagh Enterprises, a real estate investment firm and development company located in Sacramento, CA. He is also the principal real estate agent with The Nerby Group.

Coolshannagh Enterprises has a strategic focus on single-family homes and 2-4 unit property renovations and new construction. As a limited partner and co-general partner, Michael has been instrumental in the success of various multifamily assets. 

The Nerby Group is a referral based real estate organization helping family and friends since 2015 buy, sell , and invest in real estate.

His personal investment portfolio extends beyond real estate, encompassing ventures in land, oil and gas, small venture capital, and laundromats. 

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Sacramento. 

Beyond the realm of real estate, Michael is an avid outdoorsman, finding inspiration in activities such as rock climbing, skiing, whitewater kayaking, running, and surfing.
